Schedule: Delivery dates are estimates and not guarantees. The Seller is not liable for delays beyond its control.
Risk Transfer: Risk passes to the Buyer upon delivery of the Goods.

7. Title

Retention of Title: Ownership of the Goods remains with the Seller until full payment is received.

8. Inspection and Acceptance

Inspection: The Buyer must inspect the Goods upon delivery and notify the Seller of any defects within 7 days.
Acceptance: Failure to notify the Seller within the specified period constitutes acceptance of the Goods.

Authorization: Returns require prior written authorization from the Seller.
Condition: Goods must be returned in their original condition and packaging.

10. Warranties

Limited Warranty: The Seller warrants that the Goods conform to the agreed specifications at the time of delivery.
Exclusions: This warranty does not cover defects arising from misuse, negligence, or unauthorized modifications.

11. Limitation of Liability

Indirect Damages: The Seller is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
Maximum Liability: The Seller's liability is limited to the purchase price of the Goods.
